1. Platform scope
FABS Trading Global E-Commerce provides a digital-products storefront and an enquiry-led industrial commodities service. Digital orders and industrial RFQs follow separate acceptance, payment and fulfilment processes.
2. Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access and be legally capable of entering the relevant transaction.
3. Payments
Card payment is handled through an approved bank- or gateway-hosted checkout. FABS may pause fulfilment while payment, fraud or compliance review is incomplete.
4. Industrial transactions
An RFQ is not a binding sale. A commodity transaction becomes binding only through executed commercial documents.
